1 cup of granulated sugar, 4 eggs

Melt butter and dark chocolate in a double boiler. Add powdered sugar and mix with a whisk. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and add to the mixture. Add yogurt, coarsely ground hazelnuts and sifted flour, respectively, and mix for one last time. Grease a medium-sized cake pan and pour into the mortar. Bake in a preheated 175 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Slice after it cools. For this, melt the bitter chocolate in a double boiler and serve it with the slices of cake.
