Orange and hazelnut tart cake

For the base:

3 cups flour
180 grams of butter at room temperature
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

(80 grams) dark chocolate
3 eggs
120 grams of melted butter
2 tablespoons of honey
120 grams of powdered sugar
300 grams of powdered nuts
210 grams of cocoa
1 packet of baking powder
2 tablespoons of orange jam
Half a glass of small cubes diced orange peel

For TART base, put all the ingredients in a large bowl and knead well. When you get a homogeneous consistency, place it on a medium sized tart mold by hand, covering the edges. Make holes on the dough with a fork to prevent puffing. On the other hand, melt the chocolate in a double boiler for the chocolate solid. Separate the flux and yolk of the eggs. Add the powdered sugar to the egg yolks and whisk well. Add chocolate, butter and honey and mix. Add orange peel and nut. Sift the cocoa and baking powder together and add to the mixture. Put the egg whites in a large bowl and beat until they swell. Then, add the chocolate mixture by turning it upside down with a spatula without putting it out. Put orange jam on the tart dough and pour the cake dough you prepared on it. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. After cooling, serve with orange candies.
